With 68.6% rice bran water, known as 'beauty water' in Korean history, this serum effectively moisturizes and clarifies the skin. It contains vitamin B and minerals that strengthen the skin barrier and promote a brighter skin tone. Additionally, 2% arbutin, derived from lingonberry and blueberry plants, aids in fading dark spots and preventing hyperpigmentation.
