HOW TO USE

It is recommended to take Alline procap at mealtimes:

- For volume and shine: One capsule/day with a meal and a glass of water for 6 months.

- For hair growth/hair loss: 2 capsules/day with a meal and a glass of water for 3 months.

Usage precautions: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take dietary supplements without consulting their doctor.
