The top-coat mascara has two uses: waterproofing lashes and fixing eyebrows.
A 2-in-1, clear top coat mascara that creates a lifted lash effect and sets brows for up to 12 hours. The lightweight, invisible gel is waterproof and smudge-proof—helping any mascara hold even in the face of rain, heat, sweat, and tears. Lashes and brows are protected, nourished and conditioned thanks to our Lash Boosting Complex. Application is easy and precise with our innovative, dual-action brush: one side has long fibers that coat every last lash; the other side has short fibers to sculpt and lift the brows.
