INGREDIENTS

vitamin e (5 mg) helps to protect the heart and the eyes;
vitamin a (330 µg) helps to improve eyesight health and the immune system;
iron (4.5 mg) supports normal blood formation;
vitamin c (50 mg) contributes to healthier muscles, skin, bones and teeth;
zinc (2.8 mg) supports regular growth and development during youth;
biotin (50 µg) is responsible for ensuring normal energy levels and contributes to healthy skin, hair and nails;
this supplement also contains thiamine (0.5 mg), riboflavin (0.5 mg), vitamin b6 (0.5 mg), vitamin b12 (1 µg), vitamin d (3 µg), folic acid (200 µg), niacin (5 mg), pantothenic acid (2.5 mg), manganese (0.5 mg) and selenium (12,5 µg).
