HOW TO USE 

Apply a small hazelnut of this Puressentiel Joints & Muscles gel 2 times a day on sensitive joint and muscle areas (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet) to provide well-being and relief. Massage the gel well. Remember to wash your hands well after each use.
