The EFFIDIGEST formula contains malt extract and papaya extracts, which have enzymatic activity.

The formula is supplemented by lactic ferments,  Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus  naturally present in our digestive tract. Of natural origin, none of the active ingredients in EFFIDIGEST is likely to cause digestive irritation.

Using advice :

For rapid action: take 1 sachet diluted in 1/2 glass of water as soon as discomfort appears after a meal.

For maintenance, to limit bloating more lastingly: take 1 sachet diluted in 1/2 glass of water after each meal for 2 weeks.

Can be renewed as often as necessary.
