How to Use:

Adults take 1–2 tablets up to 3 times daily for stress. For sleep, take 1 tablet with dinner and 1 at bedtime. Children (6+) take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily, or with dinner for sleep. If no improvement after one month, consult a doctor.

Ingredients:

The active substance is (for a coated tablet of 515.4 mg): Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) (hydro-alcoholic dry extract (60% V / V) of) *: 50.00 mg Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata L. ) (hydro-alcoholic dry extract (60% V / V) *: 40.00 mg Hawthorn (Crataegus sp.) (aqueous dry extract) *: 10.00 mg Horehound (Ballota nigra L.) (extract aqueous dry of) *: 10.00 mg * On maltodextrin or on maltodextrin and colloidal anhydrous silica. The other ingredients are: Heavy magnesium oxide, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, purified water, shellac, gum arabic, gelatin, sucrose, talc, carnauba wax, mixture of titanium dioxide and sodium oxide. iron ** ** Iron oxide (black, yellow, red), titanium dioxide (E171), sodium benzoate (E211), methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), propyl parahydroxybenzoate (E216), sucrose.
