The slicer includes a knife with a diameter of 17 cm. CHARACTERISTICS
Electric slicer: Due to its size, the small compact slicer Ritter Varido 1 Duo+ with silver metallic fits into every kitchen. Its all-metal construction guarantees a high level of stability and cutting performance. The inclined position of the pressure plate ensures easy slicing. A knife with a diameter of 17 cm with a cut thickness of up to approx. 20 mm is included. DUO PLUS – smooth knife for ham and cheese.
Slicing: Perfect slicing is supported by a powerful 65 watt eco-motor (equivalent to a 130W motor). Duty cycle 5 minutes. You can choose between intermittent and continuous operation. The cart can be easily removed for cleaning or when cutting large foods.
Safety: The small slicer is enriched with a great safety solution – a new two-finger switch for even more perfect safety.
