Developed to boost the staying power and intensity of eyeshadow, this velvety primer smooths on easily and feels lightweight on the skin. It works throughout the day to help reduce creases and fading. The nourishing formula includes antioxidants and vitamin E to help keep the lids in excellent condition.

Only half to one pump of the Hourglass Veil Eye Primer is required for each application. Always moisturise the skin beforehand and then gently smooth on. Follow with concealer, foundation and powder or wear alone.

Squeeze a small amount onto fingertip and dot across eyelid. Gently pat to blend an even layer over the entire lid and up to the brow bone. Allow to dry completely before applying shadow, or leave bare for natural, even coverage.
