Our Darfieh goat cheese is made from unpasteurized goat milk, sea salt, and goat rennet. Aged for about 4-6 months in cleaned-out goatskins, our cheese develops its perfect strong taste. This traditional aging process allows for the flavors to mature and intensify, resulting in a rich and distinctive culinary experience.
