Our Darfieh goat labneh is made from pasteurized goat milk, sea salt.  Aged for about 4-6 months in cleaned-out goatskins, our labneh develops its perfect strong taste. This traditional aging process allows for the flavors to mature and intensify, resulting in a rich and distinctive culinary experience. 

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, yogurt starter, & sea salt
