INGREDIENTS
Rolled Oats, Almond Flour, Dates, Sunflower Seeds, Cinnamon.
HOW TO USE
1. Add 5 flat teaspoons of oatmeal mix
2. Mix with 40g of boiling water or warm milk
Wait until warm/cool to serve.
Oatmeal is an excellent breakfast, dinner or even snack. Top if off with more fruits for a textured meal you are bound to enjoy

Pancakes:
Use the same proportions of powder mix to water. Mix and there's your batter!
Cool until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter
