Whole Psyllium Husk, also popularly known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is the husk of Plantago Ovata’s seeds. Nabat’s Natural Whole Psyllium Husk is a non-GMO, vegan-friendly, gluten-free product that is a high source of dietary fiber and other nutrients. These husks are coated with a substance called mucilage that thickens and swells into a gel when it is soaked in water.
