Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, or “true cinnamon” grows in Sri Lanka and is obtained from the inner layer of bark of cinnamon trees. Ceylon Cinnamon has a lighter and sweeter flavor than Cassia Cinnamon. The strong, woody and mildly sweet flavor of cinnamon makes it extremely versatile and a good spice for many savory dishes like soups, stews, curries, and gravies. You can also use these organic cinnamon sticks in baking recipes and other sweet dishes.
