How to use:

This oil can be applied solo or with the help of a partner. For optimal results, massage 3-4 times a week for 5-10 minutes, beginning in the 34th week of pregnancy. It’s best to start after a warm bath and once the bladder is empty. Find a comfortable position, moisten your thumb or index finger with the oil, and gently glide over the tissues, ensuring the experience is painless. Insert the finger into the vagina to around the second finger joint, massaging rhythmically on the vaginal wall in a gentle, rotating motion. As your tissues relax, you can gradually extend the duration of your massage. Continue until a light tingling sensation is felt, then gently massage the area between the vagina and anus.
